Where are you Ayla?

14 Dec

It’s now December 14, 2020. This has been such a horrible year. The entire world has suffered and changed from what we knew in 2019. Another year has gone by and you still haven’t been found. We never hear any news about you anymore. Where is justice? What is justice? What does it look like? What does it sound like? What does it feel like? Does it really exist? It’s been way too long – 9 years, and it feels like justice is out of reach. I can’t believe nothing has changed in all this time. Nothing. Where are you sweet Ayla?

We won’t forget you.

It’s a terrible thing that sweet Ayla has not had justice. And the family continues to not have closure. Wonder why we haven’t heard from Trista’s lawyer. Wasn’t trista pursuing a legal action ?

Sweet Baby Girl ! Ayla is still waiting for her legal justice. And all those that love Ayla sure deserve better. Ayla still needs to be properly put to rest in a manner she deserves with her loving family present. How can Trista ever have peace of mind with all the secrets and no justice for her daughter?

It has taken far too long to come up with the truth about what happened to dear Ayla!!

State police won’t release pursuit policy in wake of turnpike chase that led to injuries, 2 deaths

Maine State Police cite a sweeping and flexible public records exemption in withholding the policy on how and when troopers are permitted to chase suspects.

State police won’t release pursuit policy in wake of turnpike chase that led to injuries, 2 deaths

I’m sharing because this reflects poorly on Maine State police and makes me wonder what else they are not releasing….related to Ayla! I still think it’s possible they botched her investigation.

    A snip :

Geographically, things are unfolding pretty much as you would guess. Here are the states that have immunized the largest portions of their population:
    State Pct. Vaccinated
    Maine 40.2%
    Connecticut 40.0%
    Vermont 38.7%
    New Mexico 38.6%
    South Dakota 37.9%
    Massachusetts 37.8%
    Rhode Island 37.8%
    New Jersey 37.0%
    Hawaii 36.6%
    Wisconsin 36.4%

And here are the states that have immunized the smallest portions of their population:
    State Pct. Vaccinated
    Idaho 27.9%
    Indiana 27.7%
    Texas 27.7%
    Louisiana 26.6%
    Arkansas 26.1%
    Georgia 25.4%
    Tennessee 25.3%
    Utah 24.4%
    Alabama 23.8%
    Mississippi 23.8%

The states are colored based on which way they went in the 2020 presidential election.

I believe that the guilty party or parties have shared something with someone else at some point, or will at some time, and that said parties would be more loyal to $$ than the guilty. There was a reward offered for a short period of time in the beginning. I bet all the guilty were tight-lipped at that time. Years have passed, they may be getting more desperate or lazy, or drunk and at some point some time information will be revealed. I just think people need an incentive beyond doing the right thing, sadly.

Clint Dunn hired Erika who became a actual detective just to help Clinton and Hailey. I am crying ! Shawn is a monster who frightened Hailey while living in that home. He did God knows what to her. Erika and team has never stopped working for this. Shawn has continued being very scary.

    PORTLAND POLICE CLEAR UNSOLVED MURDER
PORTLAND, Maine – On August 5, 2021, the Cumberland County Grand Jury issued an indictment against Abdi Awad (10-05-85), charging him with Murder for the death of Allen MacLean.
On August 1, 2011, Allen MacLean, 41, of South Portland, was shot and killed in the area of Congress Street and Massachusetts Avenue in Portland. The case remained uncharged until August 5, 2021. Portland detectives continued to work on the case and recently presented evidence to the Attorney General’s Office and the Grand Jury.
Awad is currently in custody at the Maine State Prison in Warren. Portland Police detectives went to the prison Friday morning and served Awad with the arrest warrant. Awad will remain in custody at the prison until he is arraigned.
During the course of this investigation, assistance was provided by the Maine State Police, FBI Safe Streets Task Force, the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office and the Maine Attorney General’s Office.
“I want to thank the officers and detectives involved in the initial response and the ongoing investigation,” said Chief Frank Clark. “I hope their perseverance, and this arrest, on the 10th anniversary of Allen’s death, will help bring some degree of closure to his family and friends.”
Over the past 10 months, Portland PD investigators have also been able to clear two previously unsolved homicide cases:
In October 2020, Aristotle Stilley was arrested in California after being indicted here in Maine for the 2016 murder of David Anderson. Stilley remains in custody.
In April of this year, Zachary Phach and Khang Tran were indicted and charged with murder, aggravated attempted murder, elevated aggravated assault and conspiracy for the 2012 death of Matthew Blanchard. Both men are presently in custody.
12 homicides currently remain unsolved here in the city. “I can assure you that we are committed to bringing closure to the families of those victims as well,” said Chief Clark. “Investigators are diligently continuing their work and we’re committed to holding those who are responsible for these deaths accountable for their actions. To that end, effective immediately, we are taking the step of dedicating a detective to the review and coordination of the city’s unsolved homicide cases. This detective will work with the case investigators to help evaluate witness statements and assess whether evidence in each of the cases can be further examined using newer forensic capabilities or other technologies. For those who have committed such a heinous crime here in our city, it may be just a matter of time before we’re knocking on your door.”

Would love to see Bailey Sarian do a podcast on Ayla. The synchronicity of Ayla being a little girl who loved make-up and Bailey being a professional make-up artist who uses putting on make-up as part of her gigs in her Murder, Mystery, and Make-up and Dark History podcasts would be an endearing tribute.

Justine’s lawyer, Michael J. Waxman of Portland, said Thursday that he had not yet received the forensic expert’s report that Childs was given but looks forward to reviewing it. “I think it will provide comic enjoyment,” Waxman said. “There is no evidence which I’ve seen that supports any claim that my client had anything to do with her disappearance.”

    COMIC RELIEF.
